Deliveries

After placing an order we will contact you by telephone shortly afterwards to confirm your purchase, so it is important you leave a phone number you can be contacted on. When we contact you, you will be able to arrange a convenient delivery day (i.e. select a specific day / date).

All delivery timescales quoted in the product listings are working days i.e. Monday - Friday.

All deliveries will take place usually between 8am and 7pm Monday - Friday, we are unable to give specific times or deliver weekends and bank holidays.

We are unable to dispatch any goods until we have spoken to you.


Delivery Areas

Free Of Charge Delivery is to mainland UK including South Scotland. Delivery to the following areas are not included in this service and it is recommended to call us on 01215 222 110 or email us before placing an order as an extra charge for delivery will apply.

Excluded Free Delivery Areas : Eire, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, North Scotland Postcodes AB, DD, IV, KW, PA, PH, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Channel Islands.


Free Next Working Day Delivery

Your order needs to be received and payment cleared by 11.30 a.m. for free next working day delivery.

Once you have placed your order we will telephone you to confirm receipt of your order and to arrange a convenient delivery day so please leave a contact number with your order.

We are unable to dispatch any goods until we have spoken to you.

Deliveries are Monday – Friday and are not available on Saturday's, Sunday's and Bank Holidays.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday.

If you would prefer to select a more convenient date other than next day then either contact us or call us 01215 222 110.


Delivery Information

Our standard delivery service is to the front door of the property (flats or apartments lobby door) and in some cases of larger items 'kerb side' due to insurance guidelines so please arrange adequate assistance to help offload goods.

In the unlikely event of your order arriving damaged or any items missing please inform our customer service department within 24 hours on 01215 222 110 or email us, it is also necessary to note on the couriers paperwork any visible damage to packaging.

If your order arrives as arranged but we are unable to deliver because you are not home, or there is inadequate help available you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for redelivery. Where goods are refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return we reserve the right to pass on any carriage charges that we incur in returning the goods to us.
